LzMSS School recently concluded Teacher Professional Development program titled “Setting Others on Success,” facilitated by Mr. Tshering Dorji. The program focused on Effective Communication and Team Building, equipping teachers with essential skills and strategies. In the Effective Communication module, teachers learned the Five Principles of Communication: focusing on behavior, being specific, using questions, listening actively, and communicating assertively. These principles are designed to create a supportive classroom environment that enhances student engagement and success. The Team Building module emphasized building a strong sense of community and collaboration among students, parents, and colleagues. It addressed group dynamics challenges and empowered students to work together effectively. The PD program has left a lasting impact on our teachers, equipping them to lead their students to new heights. The skills gained through this program will provide the support, confidence, and motivation our students need to excel in their lives.
